The brief: In celebration of the 2025 NYC Marathon, Nike sought to create an intimate live experience at their House of Innovation flagship store in Midtown, bringing together two of the world's greatest marathoners—Eliud Kipchoge and Sifan Hassan—for a post-race conversation with Nike's running community just one day after they crossed the finish line.

My role: As lead producer, I managed all aspects of event execution at Nike's flagship location, coordinating logistics between Nike's brand team, athlete management, venue operations, and production vendors. I oversaw stage design, audience experience touchpoints including custom athlete poster distribution, talent security and crowd management from pre-panel arrivals through the closing celebration featuring Sifan-style complementary ice cream.

The result: The event delivered an unforgettable experience for Nike's running community, offering exclusive access to two legendary athletes at the peak of their NYC Marathon moment. Guests walked away inspired by the intimate conversation and reflections from Kipchoge and Hassan, reinforcing Nike's position as the heartbeat of running culture in New York City while creating authentic connections between elite athletes and everyday runners.
